Asking us to pick our favorite workshop of the decade is impossible. We’ve taught on a cruise ship, in Yokohama (twice), at the Bohin Factory in Normandy, France, in Australia, Canada, Alsace-Lorraine, France, at the Houston, Paducah, Madison, QuiltCon (so many times we’ve lost track), Road to California shows among others, at shops from LA to Maine and at guilds with 1,200 members and 25 members. We’ve each taught at The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island as well. We estimate that we’ve taught over 10,000 students in the past 20 years. 2020 will be no different. You’ll find us in Santa Fe at the Madeline Island School of the Arts West in April, at guilds from Boulder to Cape Cod. Thanks to all of the wonderful students who have shared their ideas and enthusiasm with us over the past decade. Looking forward to another decade of helping quilters make the quilts that express their vision of quilting. What workshop did you take this decade that still resonates with you? #modernquiltstudio #mydecadeinquilts #quiltworkshop #quilt #quilting #quiltsofinstsgram #quiltersofinstagram
If/when you decide to teach at class at the 2010 quilt festival in Houston, would you please post about it? I want to be sure to register!!!
I’ll post when/if we decide to do that. Thanks.
